With over 10 years of experience in the treatment field, Josh Fringer is a passionate, hands-on Direct Care Supervisor dedicated to helping others grow and succeed. Known for bringing creativity and enthusiasm into everything he does, Josh takes pride in crafting meaningful, engaging experiences for those in his care. His colleagues and clients alike would describe him as inventive, energetic, and deeply committed to the people he works with. Outside of work, Josh is a builder and creator at heart — whether in the woodworking shop, working on a carving, or diving into a new artistic project that transforms an idea into something tangible. When he's not creating, you'll find him outdoors — fishing, rock climbing, hiking, or camping — pursuits that keep him grounded and fueled. He thrives on learning new skills and embracing unique challenges, from the ancient practice of falconry to hands-on building and crafting. At the core of everything he does is his greatest motivation: being a proud father to three amazing daughters.
