We Understand What You're Going Through & You Don't Have to Walk it Alone.

  • You've tried everything: therapists, medications, late-night conversations, and still watched your daughter withdraw and struggle, feeling the ripple effects through your entire family.

  • We've sat across from 100's of families who feel exactly the way you feel right now: exhausted, scared, and unsure of the next step, and we want you to know there is a path forward, and you don't have to walk it alone.

What to Expect When Your Daughter Comes to Imperial

We know the transition is hard — for your daughter and for you. During her first days, our team focuses on helping her feel safe. She'll meet her individual therapist, get settled into her room, and begin building trust with staff and peers. There's no pressure to dive deep right away. We meet her where she is.

Within the first week, our clinical team completes a thorough assessment and builds an individualized treatment plan tailored to your daughter's specific needs. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Her plan is built around her history, her strengths, and the goals your family identifies together. The treatment plan evolves as she grows; we reassess and adjust regularly.

A Typical Week

Your daughter's week is structured but not rigid. It includes:
Individual therapy
2x per week with her primary therapist
Life skills
Focus on activities that help girls with self discovery along with with cooking classes and service projects.
Group therapy
Weekly process groups, Psychodrama, and DBT skills groups
Family therapy
Weekly session with your family
Academics
Daily, Cognia-accredited, small class sizes
Recreational & experiential therapy
Equine therapy, yoga, art, music, outdoor activities, and jujitsu
Wellness
Nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness

Our Best Friends
Meet Violet and Monty
Our two support dogs are a part of daily life here. The girls love them, and honestly, so do we. Sometimes the first comfort in a hard week comes with a wagging tail.

Small By Design

With only 16 beds, your daughter will never be a number. Our staff-to-student ratio means your daughter gets the individualized attention she needs and the treatment team that knows her goals.

We Heal Families, Not Just Teens

We focus on the entire family system. Weekly family therapy, regular parent communication, and our Parent DBT Classes give you the tools to rebuild trust, improve communication, and support your daughter's growth long after she comes home.
Step 1
Connect with Admissions—

Call Our Team

Reach out by phone at (385) 312-0352. Our admissions director, Lexi, will listen to your story, answer your questions, and help you understand whether Imperial is the right fit for your daughter and family.

Step 2
Learning More about your daughter

We Get to Know Your Daughter and Your Family

We talk through your daughter's story, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping treatment will do for her. You'll send us her clinical documentation from her doctor or provider, and we'll check your insurance to confirm we can bill it.

Step 3
ADVOCATING AND PLANNING

We Review as a Team

Our team meets to determine whether we're the right fit to help your daughter. From there, we submit the request to your insurance and handle the process on our end, while you complete admissions paperwork and start preparing for her arrival.

Step 4
Begin at Imperial Healing House—

Your Family Begins the Healing Process

Your daughter enters a safe, home-like environment where she'll receive daily therapy, academic support, and around-the-clock care. And because healing is a family effort, you'll be involved every step of the way — through weekly family therapy sessions and our parent DBT classes.

Testimonials

"Placing a child in treatment is a difficult decision. You invite their team into your family circle and entrust them with the care of your loved one. I knew what kind of an environment and treatment team I hoped to invite into our family. When I walked into Imperial Healing Estate it felt like a home where my daughter would be kept both physically and emotionally safe. A place where she could learn the skills and tools to live her best life. They did not disappoint."
- Karin P.
"Was able to receive a tour of this beautiful treatment-based home. Home gives off a therapeutic environment focused on wellness, calm, and safety. All amenities that clients could need are accessible to them. The school room has good staff there to aid the clients through their schooling journey. They have additional staff available to process with the clients as needed. Staff were friendly and engaging."
- Alyssa D.
"Imperial helped save my daughter and our family. We are grateful for the support and for everyone that helped us. Seeing my daughter implement the life skills she learned is truly a gift."
