Baylynn Fierro

Baylynn began working in the mental health field in 2024, bringing compassion, resilience, and a strong commitment to supporting youth through life’s challenges. She has experience working closely with adolescents and is passionate about helping teens navigate difficult emotions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. Currently pursuing a nursing degree, Baylynn hopes to build a long-term career in mental health, combining her medical education with her dedication to emotional and behavioral support. Baylynn joined Imperial House because of her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of teens and their families. She values being a consistent source of encouragement, guidance, and support, especially during times when clients are working to regain hope, confidence, and direction. Through empathy, authenticity, and a belief in each individual’s potential, she strives to help create a safe environment where healing and growth can flourish.
