Chef Kim's passion for cooking began with her parents teaching her to create different foods. At home, she gained confidence in herself as a chef and learned that she loved to serve people and help them have a beautiful experience with food. She attended culinary school in Seattle at the Le Cordon Blue. This experience amplified her passion for food; she has worked in the food industry for over 20 years. Imperial has provided her purpose and she finds joy in helping the Imperial House students develop a healthy relationship with food and nutrition.
